New Instructions to candidates concerning the conduct of the EQE

The EQE Secretariat has published updated Instructions to candidates concerning the conduct of the European qualifying examination (December 2024; with effect of 1 January 2025) on the EQE website. The instructions also apply to candidates sitting the Foundation Paper of EQE 2025

    I carried out the exam of paper C on day 20/07/2025. I had important problems with the connexion in the first part C1. I could print without problem the document C1_2025_print_EN.pdf.

    But after, when the probe started, I could not watch the claims 1, 2 and 3 of the exam in the right part of the screen in assignment, and also it appeared a message of error in this part of the screen.

    I tried solve this problem in the chat, and they advise me exit out the probe pressing the cross indication at top right in the screen.

    I was afraid if I did this I could not enter again. I did this I could enter again, and then I could watch the claims correctly in the right part of the screen and to continue the exam.

    I could submit my result and I have comprobed in WISSEFLOW that it seems correctly recorded and filed.

    But this problem involved many time lost for me and of course it affected very negatively in my prove. Please, how may I request to be considered this problem I had in the correction the C1 exam?

    Also, the day after of the Exam, 21/07/2025, I sent a e-mail at address: eqe-certification@epo.org, explaining all of this problem and requesting to be considered this problem I had in the correction the C1 exam.

    But this is not all.

    At the second part C2 all seemed well. However, just at the end the time of the C2 exam, to try send the prove, it appeared other error on the screen. I does not understand what was the problem in this other case. I could not change this image on the screen.

    I tried solve this in the chat but I could not obtain answer.

    Finally I phoned at number +49 89 23995155 and indicating me to refresh the screen. Finally, I could send my prove. I have verified in WISSEFLOW and apparently, the two proves C1 and C2 are successfully filed.

    The day after of the Exam, 21/07/2025, I sent a e-mail at address: eqe-certification@epo.org, explaining all of these problems and situations, and with a photograph of the screen.

    Please, I request advise about my situation and what may I do to be considered in the correction of the Exam these problems I had.
